Validity and Expiration   

The Ethereal Headspa Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.    

After the expiration date, any remaining balance on the gift card will be forfeited.

Purchase and Redemption   

Gift cards can be purchased at Ethereal Headspa through our Facebook messages app and or by contacting 0478 880 882.    

Gift cards can only be redeemed for services and products at Ethereal Headspa.    

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.

Booking and Availability  

All bookings using a gift card are subject to availability.    

We recommend booking appointments well in advance to ensure availability.    

To redeem your gift card for a booking, please provide the gift card number at the time of reservation & bring copy to the appointment.

Balance and Usage 

 If the total cost of the services or products exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards   

Ethereal Headspa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.    

Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

Refunds and Exchanges   

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.    

No refunds will be issued for any unused balance on the gift card.

If Ethereal headspa deem it appropriate to refund a gift card for any reason it will ONLY be to the original payment method & account it was received from.

Modifications   

Ethereal Headspa reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
