Our Booking Policies

  • Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to make changes to your appointment to avoid additional charges.
  • Arriving late may result in shortened appointment time.
  • Missed appointments will incur a 100% charge before rebooking.
  • Appointment reminders will be sent via text one day before appointment and confirmation immediately after booking.
  • Failure to confirm your appointment 48 hours in advance may result in cancellation.
  • Please be mindful of noise levels during your appointment.
  • Respectful behavior towards staff, other clients, and the premises is expected any unkind or abusive behavior may result in being asked to leave.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be deducted from the total treatment cost on the appointment day.
